I'm in a Milan subway station and I see this Chinese kid scootering around at high speed, with his mother nowhere near him. This is typical Chinese kid behavior. Chinese kids are the fucking worst (until they get older and become studious).

Kids in the PRC until about 8 are, on average, really poorly behaved. They make tons of noise, they'll push you, and just be generally inconsiderate. They are not scolded for this behavior. I'm not sure what being "racist" means, but if this makes me one in your eye so be it.
