What type of capital gains, like RE? That I might be able to explain, but other than that, that's a mystery.

Equity. Essentially they find a series of loopholes so they haven't had to pay taxes since like 2001 on realized capital gains.

I always wondered how they do a couple percentage points better than other funds with virtually the same blend of stocks.
