Several that I was considering have already been used.

Gotta go with a play on the Dale Carnegie book title. That's a must. I think it's really clever. It plays to the phsyical AND mental effects getting jacked or ripped or fit or muscled has oneself and ones life.
How to Get Jacked and Influence People How to Get Huge and Influence People I'd definitely go with something that makes you laugh, but that's me. You gotta do you....but for them!
