The hard thing is multiple language groups. Chinese, English, Arabic is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy harder than Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, french, english, German Even though the latter has 2x as many.

Exactly right. You know people make fun of broken Chinese English i.e. not pluralizing nouns? You should hear them take on gendered nouns and things like the subjunctive tense. Turns out all this stuff is opt-out and totally pointless.
This concept is novel and interesting. Give it a good name and roll with it like bioleninism, about which you should write a book, by the way.
