Re: point 1. Caterers exist, people buy Starbucks food (not made there), and habits change. To me, there is no doubt that someone will figure out how to do an ecommerce delivery only resto if it has not been done already. 1. Focus (no table waiting, etc)
2. More efficient use of rent 3. Cheaper overall rent (not in a commercial high traffic area) 4. Bigger economies of scale Bernstein is wrong. This is probably already happening in China.
