I usually get a combination of these N companies are already doing it and this is a stupid idea doesnt exist for a reason.

I feel like, as a founder, you start with a core idea that you semi-irrationally believe in your heart to be true and then you just twist and modify it until it reaches product-market fit. People don't understand that. They wrongly see these ideas as static.
