I had the obvious realization that spending a few hours on how to learn better would pay for itself in a week or two and then would pay enormous dividends over the course of my whole life. So...how do I learn to learn?

Unfortunate learning can be a bit domain specific I.e. learning a language is very different than learning carpentry. But generally: -healthy body -you can’t learn if you don’t sleep well -learn first wide and shallow before (trunk tree) you go deep (branches)

Personal experience which I was happy to see Elon Musk validating (he’s an ultra learner!). Just seems like it’s hard to retain the deep learning if you don’t have a good picture of where it sits in the overall context.
