Obviously, life is too complex to be accurately mapped out in a graph like this, but I still think it's worthwhile to try. It really shows you how important health is. It is the only thing that can generate your most precious resource, time.

I am confused that religion doesn't generate relationships.

It does, but weakly. Being religious by itself doesn't. It's more the activities associated with it, such as going to church or temple. I'm sure we could think of some religions that lack a social component, perhaps some Buddhism?
