This economy never turns. Just keeps on trucking. It's crazy to think how much of our economy is owned by private equity. That's a problem in of itself, but further, the way PE cos run companies is just retarded. They focus on financials to the detriment of product.

The whole premise of a roll-up is just anti-consumer. "Yeah...we're just going to buy up companies in the space until we have market power in the space to raise prices." Is that even capitalism? It's stupid.
