vegetarianism / vegetarians I have immense respect for. Veganism/vegans... seems like a fraud? Seems unnatural, not conducive to human flourishing. I'm open to contrary opinions and evidence.

Again, I'm open to contrary opinions and evidence, but how is veganism conducive to/for: (1) women who want to get pregnant (2) women who are pregnant (3) babies/children/young adults And please, if your response is "you can take supplements/fortified blah blah" STFU

""Vegans sometimes fail to obtain enough B12 from their diet because among non-fortified foods, only those of animal origin contain sufficient amount" "meat, liver, eggs and milk are therefore sources of B12."

I wish I had some magic product, formula, diet plan (like keto, veganism, etc) to sell to you... I don't. I did not use supplements, shakes, etc. I've engaged boring, "old school" techniques... like exercise (cardio, weights, stretching, etc), good sleep discipline, and diet:

Diet, meaning: eating higher quality foods (more whole/fresh foods, avoiding processed/preserved foods), foods high in fiber, water, and/or protein, fat (e.g. fish/meat/eggs/milk, fruits, vegetables, nuts/beans, lots of water), occasionally fasting a meal or two... zzz I know.

I don't believe that if someone is obese, then they must be lazy or exhibit some kind of character/moral deficiency... I understand some people have hormone related issues, or other issues, that can/do severely impact body weight. But in my case, lifestyle changes made difference

I'm about half way to my goal (still technically obese), so not celebrating just yet. But when I send my giant FUs to veganism and some of these MLM diet companies, I have skin in the game... this has been a free range , old fashioned change. It aint easy, but can be done.

Speaking of diet/weight loss/health/fitness: is the consumption of dietary fat good for you or bad for you? What about Saturated fats and/or animal fats? Cooking oils? Fat is bad for you. Fat is good for you. bad fats / good fats. Correlation vs causation. I’m so confused.

If you want to lose weight, just do high fat/low carb. Make sure the fat is not vegetable oil. Avoid foods that we (and by we, I mean your genetic group) have not been eating for 500 years ot the extent possible.
