First, I would bifurcate western civ into two categories: 1. Americas 2. Old world western civ Second, where are C: Latinos D: South Asians E: Middle Asians? I think the most logical allegiance is 2D, aka, old world western civ + India.

"Who is the natural ally of Western Civilization?" It's India bro. Chinese culture is very oil and water with western civ in my experience.
Considering how many times the various people of East Asia have tried to kill each other and the nature of their current relations, how does it even make sense to ally with them as a monolith? If you said China, okay sure, but East Asia? I don't even get it.
