Founders: What criteria would you use to rate the quality of a meeting with a VC? (e.g How respectful were they? How helpful were they? How well did they understand your company? What else?)
It's hard to respect VCs who have not successfully founded themselves. Being an entrepreneur is hard, so I'd like to see some empathy.

Empathy, yes. Acknowledging accomplishments is always nice, but just acknowledging that building a company is incredibly hard goes a long way. Also maybe a tiny bit of humility about what you may not know....?
