Most of those ghost cities you're watching from 2013 are filled now. Plus, The media loves to exaggerate. Empty mall is not called business cycle. It's called a generational chase in the way products are bought and sold, also known as e-commerce.

The article doesn't say that. Aging population? Easier to catch-up with USA then to lead? Too much debt? Too much stimulus? Trade war? Autocracy? Sure. Ghost cities? Nah. Go check out the cities in that article. All but maybe 1-2 are now full of people.
