Empty mall is called the business cycle. Empty city built for 1,000,000 people (alleged in video) is called central planning.
Most of those ghost cities you're watching from 2013 are filled now. Plus, The media loves to exaggerate. Empty mall is not called business cycle. It's called a generational chase in the way products are bought and sold, also known as e-commerce.

The article doesn't say that. Aging population? Easier to catch-up with USA then to lead? Too much debt? Too much stimulus? Trade war? Autocracy? Sure. Ghost cities? Nah. Go check out the cities in that article. All but maybe 1-2 are now full of people.
