To those who think fat cells require carb-insulin to take up fat, consider this. The blood can only hold ~15 grams of fat at a time after a meal. A person on a LCHF diet may eat 50-100g of fat at a meal. Where does it go? Does the body contain a secret compartment? @garytaubes
Why is this wrong or right? For whatever it's worth, while the above may be true, in my personal practice I find it impossible to gain fat on a high fat low carb diet.
