Lol. My grandfather used to say anything above 59th is the country

Might've been true way back when. But today, LIC is so built up that it's hard to argue that Astoria Seafood, which is nearby, is outside of the environs of the city. It's a really unique experience. Good food, people from every continent, cheap, and of course terrible service.
