Question for the NYC #Realestatefintwit group (the few the proud!): Which of the big NYC landlord families has made the best transition to the OPM era, i.e. from the traditional building owner-operator model to today's half-property manager, half-hedge fund general partner model?

Tishman Speyer, not even close. Read Other People's Money - even on their worst deal (and one of the worst in recent memory) the family made money because of their model.
