My understanding is that property managers will do that for like 10% of the rent though that may be skewed towards larger multifamily.
That sounds about right. Maybe it'd work if you owned the property outright, but 10% of gross would cut my margins to the bone.
None of my business and I don't know the situation but based on what I've read, it sounds like you too much relative to the rent (or your rents too low)
