I feel like you'd burn all your profit margin hiring someone to manage the property and deal with the petty emergencies
My understanding is that property managers will do that for like 10% of the rent though that may be skewed towards larger multifamily.

That sounds about right. Maybe it'd work if you owned the property outright, but 10% of gross would cut my margins to the bone.

None of my business and I don't know the situation but based on what I've read, it sounds like you too much relative to the rent (or your rents too low)
