Happens surprisingly often... they don't seem to really have CI/CD setup for their updates...
From what little I read about that that'd only be relevant when they were doing updates and I doubt they were doing that on Xmas day no?

I dunno, I do think they shoot for low traffic times, when most of the markets are closed. Usually it's sunday nights. I had some customers soft-rolling out upgrades monday since everything is dead and on holiday.
