Yes figured out to minimize.
Ask the waiter what things are cooked in/fried in? Or...just acknowledge that you cannot do everything perfectly and accept the risk?

Have nothing fried. No mayonaise. Simplifies 90%

It depends on what type of restaurants you eat at, but seed oil is in like everything. What you do is what I'm doing, but I don't think it's sufficient. Like, for example, if I want to eat an Indian curry? Chinese food? Almost everything is out.
