      2) PulseTV began selling AsSeen On TV products. We bought those products from dozens of companies-all closeouts. We approached EVERY infomercial marketer in the US & not only purchased closouts from them at pennies on the dollar and we cut deals to get their database of buyers

      3) Infomercial companies release 4 products a year and get millions of people purchase from commercials. They do not have enough products to sell to consumers. So PulsetV private labels a deal-of-the-day to their database and we give them an ongoing royalty on sales.

      4) We took "potential media" (email database) and turned it into kinetic, actual media by sending one email per day. We have had 33 million daily deal customers receiving a daily deal of offers without any upfront acquisition costs

      5) We sell those products (think Snuggies, Atomic Beam Flashlights, Lazer Bond, etc.) at half price since to people who purchased from Infomercials. We deploy email with in-house servers.

      6) We ship from our warehouse directly to consumers. Our partners receive ongoing royalties from us marketing to their email database. So, I drone on about zero marginal media costs: Our media cost to deploy email is...wait for it...five pennies to deliver 1000 emails

      7) We now diversified product to sell these people on our lost, but every marketer can find media owners with underutilized media they own and work within a specific vertical. I have shared this simple idea with many friends, yet many marketers still wedded to FB/Amazon/Google

      Jaffer, I love these posts, but I worry that the more you explain your business model, the more you will inspire competition. I think you are a champion (best operator) in your space, but laws of supply and demand still apply.

          There supply of partners is nearly infinite... We have under 100 partners...the limiting factor of scaling is that I work when I want to and partnerships take time. If you sell travel products, huge opportunities.
