People who pretend who China isn't so they can ignore the obvious are astounding. I hear arguments like "China isn't Communist. Look a their tech companies in like AI." Do you not get most of those companies and their revenue is only raising oppression TFP beyond Soviet dreams?
I will try. I've only been here really two months because I got here briefly then had to travel. I don't even have household goods from China yet. All to say, still very much learning mode
Word. Gotta learn before you speak on the subject. That said, I spent two weeks in Vietnam and I was like "okay this country is VERY different from China."
