As an entrepreneur, being professional is probably not only overrated, but even counterproductive.
Yeah, would be context dependent. The trader on the desk who wears a bowtie and dares not swear might be the best. I'm not sure if it doesn't scale.

I've seen it not scaling once out of one. So of course i dont want to overgeneralize. My hunch is as the company grows and matures you attract less and less the risk seeking and hence more and more the professional types. Depends on the role of course (not sales).
