As an entrepreneur, being professional is probably not only overrated, but even counterproductive.
For 2-4, its a great way to show authenticity and demonstrate a willingness to break eggs to make omelettes if that makes sense.

I see. Then it's context dependent no? In a polite environment it can signal competence. If everyone is cursing you might want to be the one who don't. I noticed a scale limit too. The people who join a 5 ppl company might enjoy "unprofessionalism". But after 50 it backfires.

Yeah, would be context dependent. The trader on the desk who wears a bowtie and dares not swear might be the best. I'm not sure if it doesn't scale.
