1. The valuations are not comparable. 1 billion public market =/= 1 billion at 3x liquidation preference venture capital raises. 2. Bird could very easily basically be a fad requiring a pivot, like Groupon 3. Snap has less competition 4. Bird is capital intensive! ...
What I'm trying to say, is that you guys are either investors in Bird or are on crack.
