Who are the candidates for the fastest growing countries of the 21st century (averaged over the full 100 years)? North Korea Ethiopia Vietnam?

I don't know. After ~70 years of Kims there might not be anything left to build on. (cont) Indonesia is way too big and diverse. Over a 100 years likely to hit a plateau.
Not sure. The Chinese we're eating each other in the 70s. They seem to have gotten past that. I can think of another big diverse country which has managed to notch some decent GDP growth!

India I know haha. Yeah Indonesia has potential too. I just don't think it would be the fastest. Still can beat most Western states in terms of growth rates.
