If North Korea opens up, it has the chance to be the fastest growing/developing nation ever. If. Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar are all good guesses IMHO. Indonesia not on your list haha?

I don't know. After ~70 years of Kims there might not be anything left to build on. (cont) Indonesia is way too big and diverse. Over a 100 years likely to hit a plateau.

Not sure. The Chinese we're eating each other in the 70s. They seem to have gotten past that. I can think of another big diverse country which has managed to notch some decent GDP growth!
