Not from them and I have never dealt with Filipinos in a manufacturing capacity (what we were talking about), only in design and in administrative. From what I know, I'd be that Filipinos are somewhere around Cambodians in terms of their labor efficiency.
That said, it's pretty clear to me that they excel in other areas. I have worked with multiple excellent Filipino designers, for example.
