Would you stop having it? On the one hand it's super overpriced but I'd be also scared to be hit with an equally overpriced hospital bill in case something happens.

I had to get health insurance for my employees and it turned out that this insurance was cheaper than the marketplace (maybe also tax efficient as a business expense?). If I had $1 in the bank, I'm not sure I'd see the point of limiting my downside. With savings, I'd get it.
