I think that exercise certainly makes people to lose weight, but there are much more practical ways to do it. A high carbohydrate, high exercise diet is almost impossible to make work. You feel terrible all the time. You can lose weight without changing your exercise routing by

going on a high fat, low carbohydrate diet, however and that's what I'd recommend to someone who is fat. Anyways, yeah, not high. Just crazy (maybe).
