You could probably create your own with Zillow's other data plus other publicly available data i.e.: 1. Some weighted average of nearby sales prices per squareft/acre 2. Median income data (census) 3. Sqft/Acreage You looking to move? We both live in Dallas right?

Yup. I didn't come up with the math for the monthly mortgage payment though. Copped that from online.
Looks good...I'm just willing to bet that we're being a bit optimistic on that $1700/month rent! If not, I'll race you to buy it ;-)

In the new year, I'll be looking to make some investments in real estate. More like Waco, Longview, Tyler type stuff, but lmk if you're interested and we can grab a beer or something and talk shop.
