I don't see zestimates in their API unfortunately.
You could probably create your own with Zillow's other data plus other publicly available data i.e.: 1. Some weighted average of nearby sales prices per squareft/acre 2. Median income data (census) 3. Sqft/Acreage You looking to move? We both live in Dallas right?
