This is 大盘鸡, aka big plate chicken (yes, really). And it is very delicious! (I write "Chinese" food because I think a lot of people, both Chinese and Uighur wouldn't really call Xinjiang Chinese though most will argue to death that Xinjiang "belongs" to China).
