I read that omega-3 supplementation basically has no health benefits. If that's the case, how then can we say that high 6-3 ratios are detrimental to health? Maybe these pufas are correlated to other things that are damaging i.e. sugar.

By definition doesn't taking n-3 also increase the bioavailability of omega-3s? I really don't see anything here that counters my point.
