3.9% or whatever unemployment really feels like a bullshit statistic. Out on in the country you post a $10-$12/hour job and you get like 100 applicants within 3 days.

Addicts or the unemployed out of sample? Meth heads, yes. Unemployed out of sample, yes. Heroin, I don't know.
