3.9% or whatever unemployment really feels like a bullshit statistic. Out on in the country you post a $10-$12/hour job and you get like 100 applicants within 3 days.

A lot of these people, I think, are just no longer eligible for unemployment benefits and thus have fallen out of the sample? Workforce participation rate adjusted for aging population is the real stat.

One bias from the top of my head: E.g. do they include immigrants? If i was an unemployed immigrant (legal or illegal) no fucking way i'd admit it to the trump govt, but i mifht to obama.
