      Only inexpensive relative to developed markets which are obscenely priced. Most EM tracking funds are China heavy, which has a lot of downside right now.

          Yep. Good growth prospects BUT currency risks, rate risks/timing while trying to avoid places like South Africa and China that are clearly headed for long term trouble. Big baskets like EEM have the same weighting issues with China mega-tech plaguing US mkts index funds.
