In general, I'm not a fan of these anti-"cultural appropriation" arguments. That said, they have a trademark on Aloha Poke, so...this is something that would need to be taken up with the USPTO.pic.twitter.com/4wIgSV2zCf
Complaining about Aloha Poke for enforcing their trademark is like me taking offence to Lenny's Sandwich Shop, a sandwich shop founded by a Chinese entrepreneur. My people "invented" the sandwich, Lenny is generally caucasian name. This is absurd.

You forgot about the Chinese entrepreneur sends C&D letters to all your people to stop using the words Lenny with anything resembling beef or ham in the name. Oh and the sandwiches aren't really even sandwiches at all. They're wraps but he's calling them sandwiches.
