Not sure what "undermining our very epistemology" means, but what's Russia's angle for exacerbating racial tensions and attacking core institutions? What's the point of them spending government revenues to do this?
You could argue quite credibly that, with their significant oil reserves, they like to stir shit up in the middle east but, America? Why? Don't they have enough problems? Secondly "all available evidence" is functionally hyperbole, because there ain't none.
