I started reading Bad Blood and felt vindicated to learn that Elizabeth Holmes slept <4 hours a night because this confirms my personal belief that people who don't sleep enough can't make good decisions.

Both? Also, it's very possible that, from time to time, it was true for a day here or there, but I don't think it's possible seome to do this regularly.

I've heard quite a few reports of people in my profession doing this regularly. It seems possible ....but it also seems bad. Without exception those people do work that i think is p-hacked to death or otherwise flawed in serious ways.
