Jiangnan food is meh. Sichuan, Hunan, Yunnan, Xinjiang, shanxi are all better. Dongbeifan is underrated and you better retract that comment before someone beats your nanfangren ass I have been to wuzhen. It's cool but, it feels very artificially tourist.
What dongbei food have you had? Because it's pretty good. Jiagnan is bland af.

Dalian fish banquet, lamb soup, Mongolian hotpot, all sorts of jiaozi and baozi, it can be quite spicy, good preserved stuff as well...
