My suggestion (not medical advice) would be to begin by eliminating cereals and grains and fruit and vegetables. If symptoms resolve, then cautiously re-introduce eliminated foods until symptoms return. Or else simply live on the elimination diet. This is pretty much what I did. I had continuous diarrhea until I stopped eating cereals, grains, and foods with spice. I always tested negative for celiac, but this worked. You the man, Prof Noakes.

Some ppl need to stop fruit and veg as well. And nuts and seeds.
