What is it? 2.5% tarriff for Chinese cars into the U.S.? 15-20% in the other direction? Increase the tariff on Chinese car imports by 2.5% every quarter until it's matched. Enough time for U.S. business to adapt. Enough strength for the Chinese to understand meaning of "fair."
