    Getting the gas and NHS moving! Our 4x4 fleet's been ploughing through snow helping customers living in remote areas. The team and kit inside this one also helped a stranded A&E doctor get to work by digging her car out and giving it a push.

    Very proud of all my colleagues this week. We managed a peak of 40,000 emergency calls on Thursday, (previous record was 18,000), and we were flowing a lot of gas to keep people warm - over 100% peak day demand levels in 3 of our networks.
