Ummm... can we add in pretty much every substantive area except political maneuvering? We have stop giving so much space to opinions divorced from facts.

When someone starts an argument with "I'm not a scientist, but..." maybe we should stop listening to them weighing in on science. And maybe news shows should stop asking these pundits to talk about something they’re not qualified to talk about.

Many "mental health problems" are not mental health problems and have non-psychological roots: poverty, insecurity, isolation...many would be fixed simply by investing in jobs, housing, libraries...in society and community. Therapy culture places burden and blame on individual.

The NFL showed in real time just how systems of oppression operate. The privileged group saw collective action by a subordinated group that it disliked, created rules to disallow it, and now will pretend that hands are tied by these policies as though the rules fell from the sky.
