I don’t understand how someone can listen to the Woodward tapes and not think trump is guilty of criminally negligent homicide.

Well, when they've been told and accept truth isn't truth and what you see and hear isn't what's true.... They'll believe whatever they're told to believe. Including that audio of trump is not trump.
