The Governor thinks voters made a "mistake" in enacting Amendment 4. Rather than fulfilling his obligation to Floridians to implement Amendment 4 in a constitutional manner, Gov. DeSantis is asking a federal court to nullify it in its entirety.
This advisory ruling doesn't change anything about our ongoing litigation over whether FL's implementation of Amend. 4 violates the U.S. Constitution. We'll continue to fight for Florida voters and will see the Gov. in court on January 28.
