Hi, so I reached out before and didn't get a response. I've also reached out to Microsoft and Mojang via the correct Support channels, and not gotten any help. Minecraft says it's Microsoft's issue, but I'm locked out of the Minecraft launcher and I can log into Microsoft fine.

Me too exactly. I can access my Microsoft account, but it's not getting me into Java Minecraft. Microsoft barely acknowledges Minecraft in their support website, and Mojang says they can't help. Very frustrating.

Yes! Microsoft is fine but I have been trying for the past hour to login to my Java Minecraft account, but it doesn’t sign me in and says my email/password is not correct? I was thinking I got hacked but it won’t even let me reset my password. I got on 2 days ago and it was fine
