Honestly @MojangSupport is no help for veterans that have their account severely compromised because their help team has been reduced to robots that only speak “Give transaction id.”
How tf am I supposed to remember an id for a $20 purchase over TEN YEARS ago?!?!?!

I appreciate the response but submitting a ticket again would simply put me back through the same process rather than having an actual person to communicate with that doesn’t send me preloaded questions.
