@MojangSupport I got the email from Mojang saying that I had properly migrated my son’s account over as asked. However, when I try to reset the password I get NO password reset instructions sent to me.
I am completely stuck in Demo mode when I try and play.

I’m also not getting an email response with instructions about how to reset my password when I make that request. I got the email confirming that email address was migrated when I did the migration process.
